| What makes All Saints a Catholic school? |
All Saints Catholic School is a community that strives to partner with families to provide students with a Christ-centered education grounded in a Catholic liberal arts perspective. Our dedicated Catholic educators prioritize the faith formation and spiritual growth of each student, integrating God's truth into every aspect of education, from math to history.
Outside the classroom, All Saints incorporates Mass and adoration into our weekly schedule. In addition, we have monthly school-wide faith formation retreats. During these times, teachers, staff, and our parish leaders speak to our student body about Biblical and Church teachings. Our teachers also lead and mentor small group discussions and devotionals to prompt self-reflection. Additionally, students are encouraged to participate in service projects offered throughout the year.
At All Saints, we believe faith is a core component of our identity and character. We strive to instill Catholic values and perspectives so our students may become devoted followers of Christ, compassionate servants, lifelong learners, and effective leaders in their communities.
| Do you have to be Catholic to attend our school? |
Students are not required to belong to a specific denomination or religious background. Our students come from a variety of faiths and Christian backgrounds. We do expect and require families to support and accept the school’s Catholic mission and Catholic teachings. While not every family may identify as Catholic, each family recognizes the value of a Catholic education and supports the mission of the school.
| What are we looking for in an ideal potential student at All Saints? |
A future All Saints student :
- Exhibits good moral character, with teacher recommendations that reflect the behavioral standards and culture of All Saints.
- Demonstrates an academic record indicating the capability to succeed in our program, performing at or above grade level, and has a positive academic standing at their current school.
- Shows a genuine desire to attend All Saints to further their education.
| What are the birthday requirements for PK3-1st grade? |
For admission into Pre-K3, Pre-K4, K, and 1st grade students must be 3, 4, 5, and 6, respectively, by September 1st, per our accreditation guidelines with the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department. All preschool students must be potty trained.
| Is All Saints accreditated? |
All Saints is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department and also holds accreditation as a classical school with the Classical Latin School Association.
| May I come take a campus tour, or have my child attend a shadow day? |
Yes! We encourage all prospective families to attend a monthly coffee talk and tour with our admissions director early in the admissions process. Private tours and shadow days can also be scheduled. Please contact our Admissions Office at [email protected] or reserve a spot online here.
| Are you still accepting applications for the current year? |
Yes! We have open enrollment. Applications for the next school year open November 1st.
| What is your immunization policy? |
Every student enrolled in a Catholic School in the State of Texas shall be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases caused by infectious agents in accordance with the immunization schedule adopted by the Texas Department of State Health Services. A student who fails to present the required evidence shall not be accepted for enrollment. The only exception to the foregoing requirement is a medical exemption signed by a licensed physician (M.D. or D.O.) authorized to practice in the State of Texas, including the physicians license number.
Immunizations are not in conflict with the Catholic faith. Conscientious objections or waivers, which may be permissible for attendance in public schools, do not qualify as an exemption in Catholic Schools in Texas. (Atty. Gen. Op. GA-0420)
This policy was adopted by Texas Catholic Conference Education Department, December 2008 and voted on April 3, 2017 to keep as written with no changes.
| Do you have before, or after school extended care programs? |
All Saints currently offers a free before school enrichment programming beginning at 7am and after school enrichment programming closing at 5:30pm through Literacy United that is grant funded by EANS.
All Saints also has a partnership with the Northside Boys & Girls Club and all students ages 6 and up have a free membership and can take part in their after school programming. For more information about Boys & Girls Club, please click here.
| What time is school? |
School begins at 7:50 am and ends at 3:20pm.
| How many students are in each class? |
There is one homeroom at each grade level. On average, there is about 15 students per class.
| Do All Saints students take standardized tests? |
Students in 2nd-8th grade take the IOWA & CoGAT tests every fall and the CLT (Classical Learning Test) in the spring. In addition, 2nd, 5th, & 8th grade students take the ARK (Assessment of Religious Knowledge) also in the spring.
| Where do 8th grade students attend school once they are promoted? |
We currently have students enrolled in the following local private high schools: Nolan Catholic, Cassata Catholic, Cristo Rey, Trinity Valley, Fort Worth Country Day, & All Saints' Episcopal.

| How do I start the admissions process? |
To start the admissions process, fill out and submit an online application for your desired grade here. Interested families are also encouraged and invited to visit All Saints at a monthly Coffee Talk and Tour or by scheduling a private tour by contacting our admissions team at [email protected].
| How do I start the admissions process? |
Our Admissions Office will be with you every step of the way, guiding you through the admissions process. They will coordinate and correspond with you about your application, required records and documents, scheduling admissions testing, help coordinate the shadow visit and be available to answer any question.
| Is there an application deadline? |
No. We have OPEN ENROLLMENT. However, to ensure placement in class, you want to apply early and complete the enrollment packet when enrollment opens in January. We have some classes that have wait lists.

| What is the tuition for the upcoming school year? |

| How do I apply for tuition assistance? When should I apply? |
Upon acceptance, a student can then apply for financial aid by completing a FACTS Grant & Aid Application in their Family Portal account. There is a $40 required fee to apply for financial aid.
While All Saints is able to offer assistance, the amount is limited. The priority financial aid deadline is April 1st each school year. However, awards are reviewed year around.
| What is included in tuition? |
The tuition scale published above for Pre-K through grade 8 includes all supplies, technology resources, standard textbooks, and other standard fees. All tuition and fees are non-refundable after due date.
| How can I pay my tuition? |
Tuition payment plans are to be made online through your family’s FACTS Tuition Management account.

| Does All Saints have programs for students with learning differences? |
All Saints offers a Student Success Program for students who qualify for academic accommodations based upon the diagnosis of certain learning differences and recommendations based on diagnostic testing. Eligible students are able to receive extended time on quizzes and tests, a small group testing environment, and academic support from our Learning Support coordinator.
We also offer reading and math intervention services, dyslexia intervention, and speech therapy to our students that qualify for these services. Services are currently administered by our Learning Support Coordinator, Literacy United, and Language Lions free of charge to our families.
| Who can participate in the program? |
The Student Success program supports students in ALL grades at All Saints. During the application process, prospective students should submit their current educational evaluation to the admissions office as part of their required documents. These evaluations will be reviewed by our Learning Support Coordinator and principal during the admissions process.
